- Central High School is pleased to announce its participation in Speak Up! Speak Up is a national awareness and educational initiative providing students with tools to improve the safety of their schools and communities. Speak Up offers the first-ever, national toll-free hotline for students to report threats of violence at school - 1-866-SPEAK-UP (773-2587). Students can also text information regarding school violence by texting KCSAT followed by their information to 847-411. Please be as specific as possible and give as many details as possible when reporting information.
